Posição: Gestor de Produto de Pequenas e Médias Empresas (PME)



Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar na definição da estratégia e roadmap da equipa, com respetiva análise e avaliação de impactos em Cliente e nas áreas transversais;
  • Definir e acompanhar indicadores de negócio para cada um dos produtos do segmento PME (parque, churn, etc);
  • Apoiar na análise e construção de dashboards de indicadores dos produtos para apoio aos vários gestores de produto (ex. aumento parque, aumento consumo ou utilização produtos, etc.);
  • Apoiar a área transversalmente na construção do budget (receitas e custos) da área e acompanhamento do P&L da área de negócio, identificando ações para apoio à respetiva concretização;
  • Garantir plano de comunicação a Cliente dos produtos geridos pela equipa.

Requisitos

  • Formação académica em Marketing, Gestão, Engenharia ou similares;
  • Experiência profissional em gestão de produto entre 1 e 3 anos;
  • Capacidade de organização, rigor e método de trabalho;
  • Excelente capacidade analítica;
  • Boas competências ao nível da comunicação e assertividade;
  • Flexibilidade para fazer face a permanentes alterações de planos e prioridades;
  • Capacidade de organização, influência, resiliência e proatividade.
