Posição: Infrastructure Project Manager



Responsabilidades

  • Gerir projetos de infraestrutura tecnológica, assegurando o planeamento, coordenação, execução e acompanhamento de todas as fases do projeto;
  • Analisar requisitos de infraestrutura e definir soluções técnicas alinhadas com as necessidades do negócio;
  • Coordenar equipas técnicas multidisciplinares, promovendo a articulação entre as diferentes áreas envolvidas;
  • Acompanhar implementações em ambientes híbridos (On-Premises e Cloud), garantindo a qualidade das entregas;
  • Assegurar a implementação e evolução de arquiteturas de infraestrutura, incluindo web servers, bases de dados e soluções de Disaster Recovery;
  • Monitorizar o cumprimento de prazos, orçamento, riscos e objetivos definidos para cada projeto;
  • Gerir o relacionamento com stakeholders, garantindo uma comunicação clara e o alinhamento entre as equipas técnicas e de negócio;
  • Aplicar metodologias de gestão de projetos e boas práticas de ITIL, CMMI e Agile na gestão das iniciativas;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de gestão, nomeadamente Jira, para planeamento, acompanhamento de atividades e reporting;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento financeiro dos projetos, incluindo controlo orçamental, análise de custos e gestão de desvios.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou área similar;
  • Experiência comprovada na gestão de projetos de infraestrutura tecnológica;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de arquiteturas de infraestrutura On-Premises e ambientes distribuídos;
  • Experiência com Web Servers, SQL Server, Oracle Database e soluções de Disaster Recovery;
  • Conhecimentos de plataformas Cloud, nomeadamente Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure SQL e Microsoft Fabric;
  • Experiência na análise de requisitos de infraestrutura e definição de planos de implementação;
  • Conhecimentos de ITIL e experiência na aplicação de metodologias CMMI e Agile;
  • Experiência na utilização do Jira para gestão de projetos e acompanhamento de atividades;
  • Experiência em gestão financeira de projetos, incluindo controlo orçamental e acompanhamento de custos;
  • Elevada capacidade de organização, planeamento e gestão de prioridades;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e orientação para a resolução de problemas;
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação, gestão de stakeholders e liderança;
  • Autonomia, espírito colaborativo e forte orientação para resultados.
