Posição: Junior Project Manager

Procuramos um(a) Junior Project Manager para integrar uma equipa dinâmica e acompanhar a implementação de soluções tecnológicas junto de clientes. Esta função combina gestão de projetos, acompanhamento técnico de integrações e gestão da relação com o cliente, sendo ideal para profissionais com interesse em tecnologia, capacidade analítica e forte orientação para o cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Estabelecer e manter uma comunicação eficaz com clientes e equipas internas, garantindo uma gestão adequada de expectativas e um elevado compromisso com a qualidade das entregas.
  • Acompanhar implementações técnicas, atuando como principal ponto de contacto durante o processo de integração dos serviços junto dos clientes.
  • Analisar documentação funcional e técnica, assegurando uma correta compreensão dos requisitos e das soluções implementadas.
  • Coordenar e acompanhar testes realizados pelos clientes, analisando resultados, identificando desvios e apoiando na resolução de problemas técnicos.
  • Demonstrar capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico na identificação, diagnóstico e acompanhamento de incidentes ou erros, com base na documentação de produto e nos resultados dos testes.
  • Garantir que os projetos são executados e entregues de acordo com os requisitos definidos, assegurando o alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio dos clientes.
  • Gerir riscos, dependências e potenciais bloqueios, propondo ações de mitigação e comunicando de forma proativa os desafios identificados às partes interessadas.
  • Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares para assegurar uma implementação eficiente e uma experiência positiva para o cliente.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em projetos com linguagem de programação, tais como Python, PHP, Java Script, .Net, assim como experiência com WEB Services e REST API.
  • Valorizada experiência com plataformas de e-commerce, nomeadamente Shopify, PrestaShop ou WooCommerce.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade para interagir eficazmente com clientes e equipas técnicas.
  • Capacidade de gestão de expectativas e de resolução de situações desafiantes de forma construtiva e orientada para soluções.
  • Experiência com Metodologias Ágeis e Tradicionais: Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos, como Waterfall e Agile, ou outras, adaptando-se às necessidades específicas do cliente e do projeto.
  • Habilidades de Planeamento e Organização: Capacidade de gerir múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, com uma visão estratégica, e priorizar as necessidades de forma eficiente.
