Posição: Project Manager



Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e gerir pipelines de dados escaláveis para integrar dados de marketing, CRM e negócio, com base na plataforma Snowflake;
  • Desenvolver e otimizar um modelo de dados global para análise do desempenho de marketing e vendas ao longo de toda a jornada do cliente;
  • Integrar sistemas como Salesforce, Funnel.io, plataformas de gestão de campanhas e futuros sistemas de CRM;
  • Garantir elevados padrões de qualidade dos dados através da definição de normas, implementação de controlos de qualidade e processos de monitorização;
  • Definir standards técnicos, templates e implementações de referência para facilitar a integração de novos países do Grupo e a expansão internacional do produto de dados;
  • Prestar consultoria técnica, formação e acompanhamento às equipas dos diferentes países na integração de dados de CRM, marketing e vendas, promovendo a construção de produtos de dados locais segundo a abordagem Data Mesh;
  • Colaborar de forma próxima com o Product Owner, áreas de negócio e equipa de BI Platform no desenvolvimento de um produto de dados estratégico para todo o Grupo.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Informática de Gestão, Matemática, Data Science, Engenharia Industrial ou área equivalente;
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação e facilidade em interagir com diferentes stakeholders;
  • Conhecimentos de integração de dados de CRM, Marketing ou Vendas (valorizado);
  • Experiência em projetos internacionais ou em colaboração com equipas distribuídas;
  • Capacidade e gosto pela partilha de conhecimento, formação e apoio a outras equipas;
  • Perfil organizado, autónomo e orientado para a resolução de problemas;
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum ou Kanban;
  • Conhecimentos de tecnologias modernas de Data Warehouse e Cloud, idealmente Snowflake;
  • Experiência em SQL, modelação de dados e frameworks de qualidade de dados;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês, escrito e falado.
