Posição: Project Manager

Localização: Lisboa, regime híbrido (3x semana no escritório)

Procuramos um Program Manager experiente, motivado e com visão estratégica. Alguém capaz de coordenar múltiplos projetos, alinhar equipas, gerir dependências e garantir que tudo avança de forma integrada e coerente. Uma pessoa dinâmica, com forte capacidade de comunicação, gestão de expectativas e compromisso com a entrega de resultados de excelência.

Principais tarefas a desenvolver:

  • Gestão de Projetos: Definir objetivos, âmbito, entregáveis, cronograma, recursos e critérios de sucesso, assegurando o alinhamento com os requisitos e expectativas do cliente.
  • Resolução de Problemas & Pensamento Crítico: Analisar serviços, processos e resultados, identificando oportunidades de melhoria ao nível do programa. Avaliar testes, entregas e dependências entre projetos, sinalizando riscos e propondo soluções.
  • Planeamento e Execução: Monitorizar progresso, gerir prioridades e implementar ajustes estratégicos quando necessário.
  • Gestão de Riscos e Conflitos: Identificar riscos e problemas nos projetos, desenvolver estratégias de mitigação e comunicar possíveis desafios de forma proativa às partes envolvidas e interessadas na resolução do assunto.
  • Gestão de Expectativas e Comunicação: Desenvolver e manter uma comunicação clara e eficaz com o cliente interno e externo. Ser capaz de gerir e alinhar expectativas, resolver problemas e fornecer soluções quando necessário.

Competências e Conhecimentos técnicos obrigatórios:

  • Habilidades de Comunicação: Capacidade de comunicar de forma clara e eficaz com clientes e equipas internas, tanto verbalmente quanto por escrito. Capacidade de gerir expectativas e lidar com situações desafiadoras de forma construtiva.
  • Experiência com Metodologias Ágeis e Tradicionais: Conhecimento profundo de metodologias de gestão de projetos, como Waterfall e Agile, ou outras, adaptando-se às necessidades específicas do cliente e do projeto.
  • Capacidade de Gestão de Equipas/Stakeholders: Experiência na gestão de equipas multifuncionais, garantindo a colaboração eficaz entre os membros da equipa e as partes interessadas.
  • Habilidades de Planeamento e Organização: Capacidade de gerir múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, com uma visão estratégica, e priorizar as necessidades de forma eficiente.

Competências e Conhecimentos técnicos desejáveis:

  • Experiência na área financeira e de pagamentos e/ou soluções digitais.
  • Conhecimento de sistemas de pagamentos, do ponto de vista tecnológico.
  • Ferramentas Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Altassian JIRA/Confluence/Atlas
