Posição: Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Responsabilidades

  • Assegurar o planeamento semanal, mensal e trimestral das iniciativas, garantindo o alinhamento com as prioridades e os objetivos definidos.
  • Coordenar a execução e o acompanhamento de múltiplos projetos tecnológicos em simultâneo.
  • Gerir dependências entre equipas técnicas, áreas de negócio e fornecedores, promovendo uma colaboração eficaz entre os diferentes stakeholders.
  • Garantir a qualidade, consistência e atualização da informação relativa aos projetos em JIRA.
  • Acompanhar backlogs, milestones, riscos, bloqueios e planos de mitigação, antecipando potenciais desvios e assegurando o respetivo acompanhamento.
  • Preparar e consolidar reporting operacional e executivo, garantindo visibilidade sobre o progresso das iniciativas e apoiando a tomada de decisão.
  • Assegurar uma visão integrada do portefólio de projetos, contribuindo para a gestão de prioridades e para a coordenação transversal das iniciativas.
  • Facilitar o alinhamento entre equipas técnicas, áreas de negócio e fornecedores, assegurando uma comunicação clara e eficaz.
  • Apoiar a governação operacional do portefólio, promovendo o cumprimento dos compromissos assumidos e a melhoria contínua dos processos de delivery.

Requisitos

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em Gestão de Projetos, Delivery Management ou funções similares.
  • Experiência comprovada na utilização de JIRA para acompanhamento de projetos, gestão de backlogs e reporting.
  • Conhecimentos de metodologias Agile e respetivas práticas de trabalho.
  • Experiência na coordenação de múltiplos projetos e na gestão de stakeholders em ambientes tecnológicos complexos.
  • Capacidade de planeamento, organização, gestão de prioridades e acompanhamento de riscos e dependências.
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação, autonomia e proatividade.
  • Experiência no setor bancário ou financeiro será valorizada.
  • Experiência prévia em equipas de integração aplicacional, middleware ou plataformas tecnológicas será uma mais-valia.
  • Conhecimentos de ambientes tecnológicos envolvendo API Management, EAI, Event Streaming e Messaging serão valorizados.
  • Experiência em contextos multiforn e multitecnologia será considerada uma vantagem.
