Posição: Service Manager



Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como owner do serviço a que está alocado, tendo como responsabilidades e tarefas: Analisar o histórico de performance do serviço e fontes de informação externa sobre tendências e novas soluções, propor evoluções ao serviço e aos clientes, de forma a reduzir a taxa de fraude e criar mais valor para os seus serviços;
  • Acompanhar o serviço junto das equipas, agregando toda a informação histórica relevante, suportando as reuniões de acompanhamento de cliente com a informação necessária e assegurando as evoluções e otimizações dos seus serviços;
  • Garantir o nível de satisfação dos clientes, analisando as reclamações, preparando respostas para clientes, e prevenindo reclamações futuras através de ações concretas;
  • Documentação de serviço;
  • Articulação com as diferentes áreas de cliente, dados, operação e produto da SIBS para assegurar o alinhamento do serviço de monitorização de fraude, tanto nos serviços atuais como no desenvolvimento/novos serviços;
  • Definir reporting necessário do serviço, garantir necessidades de atualização e controlar diariamente os kpi do serviço.

Requisitos

  • Experiência a modelar e manipular dados com ferramentas como Excel, SQL, PowerBI e Python;
  • Experiência em gestão de produto ou gestão de serviço;
  • Boa capacidade de Comunicação e Orientação para o cliente;
  • Transcrição de necessidades de negócio em requisitos técnicos;
  • Planeamento, organização e gestão de prioridades;
  • Proatividade e iniciativa;
  • Curiosidade e mentalidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Pensamento estratégico e orientação para criação de valor;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e interpretação de dados;
  • Espírito colaborativo e capacidade de trabalho em equipas multidisciplinares;
  • Adaptabilidade em contextos dinâmicos e multifuncionais;
  • Domínio da língua inglesa.
