O desafio

Estamos à procura de um(a) Software Engineering Manager para integrar um projeto internacional de grande escala na área da logística e distribuição.

Vais liderar equipas de engenharia responsáveis por sistemas core que suportam diariamente a operação de entrega de mais de um milhão de encomendas, trabalhando em proximidade com Product Owners, stakeholders de negócio e equipas distribuídas por diferentes países.

Mais do que gerir entrega, vais criar as condições para que as equipas consigam desenvolver software com qualidade, de forma sustentável e alinhada com os objetivos do negócio.

No dia a dia irás:

  • Liderar, apoiar e desenvolver engineers através de coaching, feedback e acompanhamento contínuo;
  • Promover uma cultura de colaboração, accountability e melhoria contínua;
  • Garantir uma entrega previsível, sustentável e com elevados padrões de qualidade;
  • Trabalhar em proximidade com Product Owners e stakeholders para alinhar prioridades de negócio e execução técnica;
  • Apoiar decisões técnicas e promover boas práticas de engenharia;
  • Contribuir para a evolução da estratégia tecnológica e iniciativas de melhoria contínua;
  • Promover qualidade, testabilidade, manutenção e excelência operacional nas soluções desenvolvidas;
  • Acompanhar e desbloquear equipas em ambiente Agile;
  • Colaborar com equipas de engenharia que desenvolvem soluções baseadas em Java e Spring Boot;
  • Contribuir para o crescimento individual e coletivo das equipas.

O que procuramos

  • Experiência prévia em Software Engineering, QA Engineering ou funções técnicas similares;
  • Experiência na liderança, desenvolvimento ou gestão de equipas de engenharia;
  • Capacidade de combinar people management com visão técnica e foco em delivery;
  • Experiência em ambientes Agile e desenvolvimento de software;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de boas práticas de engenharia, qualidade de software e excelência operacional;
  • Capacidade de transformar objetivos de negócio em planos de execução realistas;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com equipas técnicas e stakeholders;
  • Experiência a trabalhar com equipas de desenvolvimento em ambientes Java/Spring Boot;
  • Inglês fluente.

  • Experiência em organizações de produto ou ambientes de elevada escala;
  • Experiência com sistemas distribuídos e plataformas críticas para o negócio;
  • Background como Software Engineer ou Technical Lead;
  • Experiência em equipas internacionais e distribuídas;
  • Forte orientação para melhoria contínua, mentoring e desenvolvimento de talento.
