Posição: Suporte Aplicacional (Híbrido em Lisboa)

Sobre a Função

Procuramos um(a) profissional de Suporte Aplicacional Pleno para atuar em aplicações e serviços críticos, garantindo estabilidade, performance e continuidade operacional. Esta função exige autonomia, capacidade analítica e vontade de melhorar continuamente processos, ferramentas e fluxos aplicacionais.

Responsabilidades

  • Mínimo 2 anos de experiência em funções similares.
  • Suporte aplicacional e operacional, assegurando níveis de serviço elevados.
  • Gestão de monitorização e alarmística, com foco em prevenção e rápida atuação.
  • Desenvolvimento de ferramentas e automatismos para gestão e controlo de serviço.
  • Análise e resolução de incidentes e problemas internos/externos, técnicos/funcionais.
  • Compreensão e domínio dos fluxos aplicacionais, incluindo análise funcional.
  • Documentação, melhoria contínua de processos e otimização de ferramentas internas.
  • Regime de suporte em horário laboral, com prevenção noturna rotativa.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Conhecimentos sólidos de SQL.
  • Experiência com sistemas operativos AIX / Linux (vertente utilizador).
  • Capacidade de atuar em contexto técnico e funcional.
  • Conhecimentos intermédios/avançados em linguagens de scripting (shell/bash, Python).

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Conhecimentos de TIBCO BusinessWorks.
  • Familiaridade com Elastic Search e Grafana.
  • Conhecimentos de Ansible.
  • Experiência na área Banca / Pagamentos Digitais / eCommerce (técnico/funcional).
