Responsabilidades

  • Analisar e resolver incidentes de produção (L3), com foco em assegurar que são corretamente diagnosticados (root cause)
  • Boa compreensão de arquiteturas aplicacionais/funcionais: analisar documentação funcional, entender fluxos e regras de negócio, seguir uma transação por vários componentes da arquiteruraInvestigar problemas complexos através de análise de logs, bases de dados e métricas
  • Proativamente definir métricas relevantes para deteção precoce de problemas e identificar padrões de falha recorrentes propondo medidas preventivas
  • Colaborar com equipas de desenvolvimento na resolução estrutural de problemas

Requisitos

  • Conforto com Linux shell (ex: grep, awk, sed, sort, uniq, tail, ps, top, ...), navegação e manipulação de filesystem
  • SQL DML (ex: select, joins, subquerys, ).
