1.负责车身密封系统的设计开发，包括隔音零件、密封胶路、防腐设计的可行性分析及数据发布，按项目时间节点完成各项交付物，并满足性能、重量、成本、制造等要求; 2.负责车身密封系统相关技术设计标准、规范的制订和更新（DVP，checklist，DFMEA,DesignGuideline等）； 3.完成相关零部件SOR的编制，参与合作伙伴开发能力评估及管控，联合合作伙伴跟踪DV/PV试验，完成样件及相关文件验收，保证开发进度和质量； 4.LeadPDT针对车身试制、试验和整车试生产中的密封问题制定解决方案，跟踪推进问题快速高效解决，满足项目和客户需求； 5.编制及管理BOM，负责工程更改管理的实施和跟踪； 6.车身密封前瞻技术的探索，研究及应用。

1.符合诚实可信，关爱尊重和包容他人；能够设立挑战性的目标，努力成为标杆。敢于尝试创新，积极面对变化，针对新的挑战迅速调整自我；有很强的执行力，多维度进行思考，迅速聚焦问题本质，主动打破边界获取资源解决问题。能够明确目标路径，沟通精准，能够与团队协作实现共同目标； 2.6年以上车身密封系统开发经验，曾参与至少两个以上量产项目。熟悉整车开发流程，标准和法规要求，熟悉汽车制造工艺，金属材料及非金属材料、连接方式、车身结构和性能等相关知识； 3.学历本科及以上； 4.英语四级以上，听说读写熟练； 5.熟悉CATIA,UG等专业软件、以及常用办公软件； 6.热爱汽车，笃信新能源智能汽车的发展趋势和战略意义；对汽车行业的前沿技术及行业发展趋势具有一定了解和见解者优先。
