负责电机控制器的硬件架构设计，硬件需求开发。 Core Responsibilities主要职责: - 需求开发：承接系统需求，分解为硬件性能需求、功能需求及电路模块需求，输出结构化、可追踪的需求文档。 - 对内对外接口：对外作为硬件对软件的统一对接窗口，承接系统部需求；对内深度参与硬件开发，建立高效沟通机制，推动项目落地。 - 需求评审闭环：主导硬件需求评审，组织系统、软件、硬件集成/测试/平台各方联合评审，跟踪结论落地；建立需求变更管理与追溯机制，实现全流程闭环。 - 硬件功能架构设计：主导电机控制器硬件功能架构设计，包括架构概念设计、电源架构设计、硬件功能清单定义、电路模块需求等。

  • 教育背景：硕士及以上学历，电力电子与电力传动、电气工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业。
  • 工作经验：2年以上汽车电力电子产品（电机控制器）硬件开发经验。
  • 专业知识与技能：
  • 熟悉关键器件应用，如MCU/SBC/驱动芯片/功率器件等
  • 对新能源电机控制器的应用环境及应用工况有较深认知，熟悉相关领域的基本原理。
  • 对汽车功能安全标准（ISO 26262）有一定了解
  • 熟练使用电路设计仿真工具（如Pspice, Matlab等）
  • 工作主动性强，能接受工作挑战，具有良好的沟通和协调能力
