  • 底盘系统前期平台架构策略研究及开发
  • 底盘系统整体布置方案设计与优化
  • 系统及子系统设计目标分解及方案选型
  • 系统及子系统方案前期成本重量目标设定与分解，同时负责成本重量效率优化
  • 组织带领底盘工程团队进行工程开发验证原型样车的设计 /试制/调试/评估
  • 底盘新技术（四轮转向，主动悬架，空气悬架等）功能需求开发，性能集成与评估
  • 本科及以上学历，机械、汽车相关专业，8年以上整车项目底盘架构（悬架，转向，底盘布置集成等）开发经验，有3个以及以上全新底盘架构开发经验 ，在其他主机厂曾担任底盘部门资深工程师/专家或以上职位。
  • 熟悉底盘各个子系统（悬架、转向、制动、车轮、传动等）的结构，工作原理及基本设计原则
  • 有良好的车辆动力学基础知识，能够结合车辆动力学理论指导架构方案设计
  • 熟练使用CATIA UG Simcenter3D等三维建模软件，能独立完成底盘动力学模型搭建
  • PLUS：具备整车动态性能评估能力
