1.支持冲压/焊装/涂装/总装的生产交付(包括人、机、料、法、环、数字化等资源确认落实) 2.牵头新项目交付及过程中发现的问题; 3.管控新项目投产阶段制造运营端的成本、质量、交付和变更等; 4.推动产线新项目投产和爬坡过程,总体协调制造运营端跨部门工作; 5.识别项目投产过程中的风险及问题,并协同相关资源解决; 6.作为制造运营端窗口对接项目组。

1.机械设计、自动化、电子、汽车等相关专业本科及以上学历; 2.语言要求:英文,听读写熟练； 3.具备好的工艺开发/产品开发/质量/物流等背景知识;至少精通冲车涂总中的一个专业； 4.熟练使用项目管理工具:飞书/会议/问题跟踪/项目计划/office/PPT等; 5.良好的沟通协调能力，问题解决和体系化思维的能力; 6.责任心强,抗压能力强,结果导向。
