聚焦新能源车型产品月历运营、年度产品迭代规划、量价测算及上市GTM落地，承接公司整体车型经营策略，负责年度特别版车型规划、立项测算、产销协同、上市落地及月度ROI复盘全流程执行工作。作为业务中坚执行岗位，联动产品、营销、产销、财务多团队，保障产品月历有序落地、车型迭代高效推进、项目经营收益可控，支撑车型年度经营目标达成。

1. 产品月历年度规划：基于公司整体车型经营规划，主导年度产品月历策划，明确全年特别版、改款车型的迭代数量、主题定位、市场意图及差异化价值。输出完整产品月历规划方案，同步给到VEM团队落地具体产品定义，并配合完成前期成本预估工作。 2. 产品月历立项支撑：辅助经营策略团队完成车型立项工作，负责输出精准的车型定价策略、月度/阶段销量预测。结合产品成本、营销费用等数据，协助测算项目ROI，为车型立项、迭代决策提供核心数据支撑。 3. 产销计划协同落地：依托车型销量预测数据，联动产销供应链团队，协助推进车型备货、产能匹配及供货节奏管控，平衡市场供需关系，规避缺货、积压问题，保障车型终端正常交付流转。 4. 车型上市GTM全流程落地：协同战队各部门推进车型上市落地，统筹跟进上市GTM节奏、全域传播规划、官网配置器上线、终端销售培训、交付准备等全环节工作，保障车型按时、高质量上市，实现产品价值有效传递。 5. 项目ROI月度复盘迭代：辅助经营策略团队开展月度项目ROI及经营数据复盘，汇总销量、定价、成本、费用、收益等核心数据，梳理业务问题与机会点，输出复盘结论及优化建议，迭代优化后续产品月历规划与量价策略。

1. 学历背景：全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2. 从业经验：5-10年新能源汽车行业产品市场、车型GTM、产品月历运营、量价经营相关工作经验，有车企年度改款/特别版车型规划、立项、上市落地完整项目经验者优先。 3. 核心能力：熟悉新能源车型产品月历运营逻辑与车型迭代体系，掌握基础定价、销量预测及ROI测算方法；具备扎实的项目落地与跨部门协同能力，可高效联动产品、产销、营销、财务团队推进工作；能够将产品特性转化为市场价值，适配终端传播与销售落地需求。 4. 综合素质：了解新能源汽车市场行情与主流产品打法，具备良好的数据敏感度与复盘迭代思维；执行力强，可高效推进多项目并行落地；熟练使用Office、基础数据分析工具，具备完整方案撰写与工作汇报能力。
