  • 活动运营：通过自己的特长或发掘有意思的活动，持续为蔚来中心提供新鲜有趣的创意活动。
  • 用户关系维护：创造超越用户期待的愉悦体验，定期跟进追踪会员，提升用户体验；
  • 部门内部安排的其他工作。

l 2025届及以后统招本科或研究生在读，每周可出勤4天（包含周末），连续实习3个月以上； l 性格开朗、富有创意、踏实肯干、有服务意识； l 具有优异的沟通和团队协作能力，具有极强的责任感，具备解决问题的能力； l 对新鲜事物充满好奇，有创造力和想象力，具备一定的个人才艺有加分； l 有门店运营、咖啡店、服务行业经历者优先。
