  • 熟悉销售系统逻辑和操作，能及时解决前端销售顾问遇到的系统问题，并持续开发更多的支持工具提升业务效率；
  • 熟练掌握用户购车服务流程并能支持销售顾问日常工作；
  • 熟练掌握所有商务政策，及时、正确、清楚地向前端传递最新商务政策，并为销售顾问解答商务政策相关问题。
  • 26届在读本科生或研究生；
  • 每周可出勤至少4天，连续实习3个月以上；
  • 思路清晰，出色的逻辑思维能力，良好的学习能力，良好的沟通能力；
  • 熟练掌握Python、MS Excel、MS PPT、SPSS、Tableau等数据分析工具；
  • 有过汽车、咨询行业或互联网数据、产品运营实习经验者优先。
