1.【商务支持】负责充换电设施项目各类合同的全流程跟进，协调法务财务完成协议签订与审核；并持续跟进场地租金电费的付款工作， 持续监控线上系统用电量和发票回帐工作，并及时反馈解决问题确保业务正常运转； 2.【数据运营】全面把握本部门的各项数据，理解跨部门、跨业务的各项数据，建立有价值的数据平台，协调多业务线优化数据；包括但不限于城市数据整理、挖掘、展示、分析等； 3.【充电运营】负责充电桩场站订单核实、月电费账单对账、活动补贴调整等；负责NIO自建充电站点与各大充电平台的互联互通与运营对接工作，重点关注经营效果，针对不同的场站制定专属化策略 ；负责加电平台及NIO APP充电地图的日常管理工作，例如价格管理、社群管理等，并规划下一步改进及措施； 4.【体验满意度】负责跟进嘉兴区域能源相关的五星随手评及满意度低分订单工作，包含换电、扫码充电、家充桩等；能够提前洞察用户的潜在需求，具备分析用户习惯、喜好、兴趣的能力，发现用户未提出的需求点，创造超越用户期待的体验点； 5.【活动运营】负责NIO Power产品运营，根据产品特性及用户特征，运用多种形式带动产品渗透和用户活跃，擅长文案内容等攥写工作，可持续优化并完成目标；拉通并执行NIO Power相关的节假日活动及上线活动落地，推进leads转化率；通过社区内外的活动打造，并联合多部门协作，实现NIO Power品牌传播和渠道渗透。

1、2025届本科/硕士在校学生，实习时间不低于6个月，每周能到岗3天以上； 2、对数据分析与数据可视化有一定基础，会熟练掌握Excel，对数据分析感兴趣，愿意不断探索以及学习。 3、有很强的责任心、一定的抗压能力、主动承担的精神; 4、热情、真诚、乐于沟通、责任心强、执行力强。
