岗位职责 1. 数据运营与分析：负责直播间流量、互动、转化数据的实时监控与分析，输出日报及优化建议 搭建数据看板，跟踪短视频内容表现，提炼爆款模型支持运营决策；基于数据洞察参与直播选题策划及排期优化； 2. 直播全流程品控：监督直播间画面呈现、话术合规性及用户互动响应效率；审核短视频内容质量，确保符合品牌规范与平台规则；梳理运营SOP，沉淀标准化操作手册及案例库； 3. 热点挖掘与竞品研究：追踪抖音/快手/视频号等平台汽车垂类热点，策划借势传播内容；参与直播间场景设计、脚本创意，提供年轻化运营视角；定期输出竞品直播策略分析报告，助力业务迭代；

任职要求： 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，市场营销/新媒体/数据分析相关专业优先； 2. 可以实习三个月以上，一周4天； 3. 强数据敏感度：熟练使用Excel/PPT进行数据分析可视化，具备基础SQL/Spss/STATA/Excel能力加分； 3. 直播网感突出：熟悉直播话术逻辑与流量玩法； 4. 执行力与责任心：可高效处理多线程任务，对细节把控严格，适应快节奏工作； 5. 加分项：有汽车账号运营、电商直播实习经验，或掌握基础视频剪辑技能； 我们提供： 1. 头部新能源车企实战机会，业务导师1v1带教，快速掌握直播全链路运营方法论； 2. 可背书完整运营案例，表现优异者获推荐信； 3. 开放创新团队氛围，接触行业前沿玩法；
