Standort: Langenthal oder Schwerzenbach

  • Erste Anlaufstelle & Lösungsfinder:in: Du betreust unsere Kundschaft mit Charme und Köpfchen, per Telefon oder E-Mail
  • Begeisterung weitergeben: Du berätst mit echtem Interesse zu unseren Spezialsortimenten.
  • Rundum-Service: Ob Produktauswahl, Lieferstatus oder Reklamation, du findest für jedes Anliegen die passende Lösung.
  • Echtes Teamwork: Du ziehst mit Logistik, Marketing und Category Management an einem Strang, denn die beste Beratung entsteht gemeinsam.
  • Präsenzzeit: Du bist jeweils morgens von Montag bis Freitag mit Freude für unsere Kundschaft da.

Dein Profil

  • Kommunikationsstark & empathisch: Du hast eine offene Art und denkst lösungsorientiert.
  • Sprachgewandt: Du drückst dich sehr gut auf Deutsch aus und kannst dich auch auf Französisch sehr gut verständigen.
  • Deine Leidenschaft: Du hast ein Herz für Tiere, Natur oder Outdoor-Aktivitäten , für uns ein absoluter Volltreffer!
