At its core, this role sits at the intersection of people leadership, analytics, technology, and the business.

Over the next year, this team will be launching several new analytics initiatives, creating an exciting opportunity to help shape new capabilities, establish best practices, and influence how analytics solutions are developed and delivered.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Coach, develop, and retain analytics talent
  • Build technical capabilities across the team
  • Create meaningful development and career plans
  • Foster an inclusive culture built around trust, curiosity, accountability, and collaboration
  • Help the team balance priorities while keeping employees engaged and focused

Turn Ideas into Analytics Solutions

  • Lead technical resources working within an Agile delivery model
  • Manage team capacity across multiple analytics priorities and new initiatives
  • Remove technical and organizational roadblocks
  • Ensure analytics solutions are accurate, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and appropriately governed
  • Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, IT, and data teams throughout delivery

Connect Analytics to Real Business & Customer Outcomes

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations leaders can act on
  • Help stakeholders understand the story behind the data
  • Ensure analytics solutions are adopted and generating measurable business or customer value
  • Bring technical analytics expertise into conversations with business leaders and Product Owners

Help Shape How Analytics Gets Done

  • Drive continuous improvement across analytics practices
  • Establish reusable technical standards and analytics practices
  • Strengthen analytics governance and quality
  • Partner across IT and Data & Analytics on platforms, architecture, data quality, and technical roadmaps

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with analytics tools and technology (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, data governance tools, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience leading people, technical teams, projects, or analytics delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced analytics development and support
  • Data governance implementation
  • Multiple data or analytics domains

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
