A Nita em constante crescimento, busca profissionais com experiência em Assistente Administrativo Operacional para fazer parte do time.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o recebimento, conferência, validação e lançamento de notas fiscais de fornecedores no sistema ERP, verificando dados cadastrais, natureza da operação, CFOP, NCM, CST, alíquotas e demais informações fiscais, garantindo a conformidade com os pedidos de compra, contratos e políticas internas;Efetuar o lançamento de notas fiscais de serviços tomados, analisando a documentação e assegurando a correta identificação, apuração e aplicação das retenções tributárias, como ISS, INSS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS e CSLL, conforme a legislação vigente;Realizar a conferência das informações fiscais e dos valores das notas fiscais com os respectivos pedidos de compra, contratos, comprovantes de entrega e demais documentos de suporte, identificando e direcionando eventuais divergências para regularização;Conferir as pesagens registradas nos tickets de balança com as informações constantes nas notas fiscais de entrada e saída, validando quantidades, pesos, valores e demais dados relacionados às operações;Executar o faturamento de resíduos, subprodutos, materiais inservíveis e demais remessas, observando a natureza da operação, a correta classificação fiscal e os procedimentos internos;Emitir notas fiscais de venda, revenda, bonificação, transferência, remessa e outras operações, conforme a necessidade da empresa, garantindo o correto preenchimento dos documentos e o atendimento à legislação tributária;Realizar o acompanhamento e controle das notas fiscais de entrada, saída e serviços, assegurando a organização, rastreabilidade e arquivamento físico ou digital dos documentos fiscais;Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Cursando em Administração e áreas correlatas;Conhecimentos em Office 365 (Excel, Word e PowerPoint);Conhecimento no sistema TOTVs.
