Eletromecânico II

Unidade de Varginha/MG

Nesta posição, você se reportará diretamente ao Gestor da Área.

  • Realizar manutenção elétrica em máquinas, equipamentos, circuitos, comandos, painéis, e troca de motores. Analisar o equipamento, desenergizar, tomar precauções de segurança necessárias, e consertar o equipamento;
  • Executar reparos elétricos prediais, incluindo troca de lâmpadas, reparo de iluminação interna e externa, conserto de aparelhos eletroeletrônicos, portão eletrônico, fiação, etc;
  • Verificar o funcionamento dos geradores, compressores, e bombas pressurizadoras, realizando teste de partida, verificação do sistema de abastecimento de diesel, nível da bateria, horas de manutenção preventiva, e teste de queda de energia e funcionamento com carga;
  • Realizar limpeza, manutenção, e teste dos Vesdas, verificando o funcionamento dos no-breaks, baterias, limpeza dos filtros e execução de teste;
  • Orientar usuários sobre as condições de funcionamento e operação de equipamentos eletroeletrônicos, informando o comando correto para operar o equipamento;
  • Efetuar ligações provisórias de luz e força, instalando fios e demais componentes, utilizando ferramentas apropriadas e testando-os com instrumentos adequados;
  • Realizar abastecimento de empilhadeiras com GLP;
  • Executar limpeza e organização do local de trabalho, materiais e equipamentos;
  • Executar parametrização e calibração de balanças de plataforma, smart bags e smart fluxo, conferindo e ajustando parâmetros de peso e alturas de processo;
  • Realizar limpeza, leitura de parâmetros, ligação e desligamento de cabines primárias e secundárias, limpando o equipamento, armando e desarmando a chave, carregando o disjuntor;
  • Realizar atividades dentro da cabine de força, verificação e troca de capacitores, disjuntores, e contatores de manobra, desligando a chave geral, verificando tensão e executando a troca necessária;
  • Realizar montagem de máquinas ou instalações elétricas de novas máquinas e equipamentos, participando da elaboração, leitura e interpretação de desenhos e esboços, orientando obras civis, montando e desmontando estruturas, acompanhando ou não profissionais terceirizados;
  • Executar serviços de automação e infraestrutura, instalando redes, equipamentos de informática, ligações elétricas, extensões de fios, etc;
  • Realizar manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva, trocando roletes, mancais, correias transportadoras, rolamentos, sistemas eletropneumáticos, transportador, ventilador exaustor, sistema de aspiração de pó, caixa de velas com filtro de manga, pré limpeza, catadores, densimétricas e classificadores de peneiras, elevador triplo, duplo e simples;
  • Realizar serviços de solda e caldeiraria, efetuando solda de equipamentos para corrigir furos e vazamentos de tubulações e fixação de estruturas;
  • Executar demais tarefas correlatas, a critério do superior imediato.

5.1 Formação Acadêmica

Mínimo requerido:

  • Ensino Médio Completo

Desejável:

  • Curso superior na área.
  • Ensino técnico na área de manutenção elétrica.

5.2 Conhecimentos Específicos
