Werde im Rahmen einer Teilzeitstelle (25 Stunden pro Woche) Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das mit Leidenschaft und Expertise die Zukunft der Kaffeeindustrie gestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Forderungsmanagement/Mahnwesen: Du verantwortest die Überwachung der offenen Forderungen und die Durchführung des Mahnwesens, unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Verspätungszinsrechnungen und arbeitest bei der Klärung von Differenzen eng mit anderen internen Abteilungen zusammen.
  • Reisekosten: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Kolleg:innen bei Fragen rund um Reisekosten und Spesenabrechnungen, prüfst und verbuchst Reisekosten und Kreditkartenabrechnungen und unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse
  • Stammdatenpflege: Du verwaltest die Stammdaten in unserem Finanzbuchhaltungssystem inklusive Anlage, Pflege, Aktualisierung und Änderungen. Dabei stellst du eine hohe Datenqualität und Datenkonsistenz sicher.
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützt du im Tagesgeschäft der Kolleg:innen und bringst dich bei internen Projekten ein.

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännischer Background: Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder bist motivierter Quereinsteigerin mit ersten fundierten Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung.
  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung - insbesondere Kenntnisse in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung. Idealerweise hast du bereits in einem internationalen Umfeld gearbeitet.
  • IT-Affinität: Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Excel und hast die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten.
  • Soft Skills: Du arbeitest präzise, zuverlässig und strukturiert und bringst Teamgeist sowie Kommunikationsstärke mit.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Da wir international tätig sind, sind gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
