Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als

IT Security Administrator (w/m/d).

In dieser Funktion bist Du Teil unseres globalen IT Operations Teams und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im operativen IT-Security-Umfeld. Im Mittelpunkt stehen der Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Network Detection & Response (NDR) Solution Darktrace sowie unserer Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) Platform SentinelOne. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du den weiteren Ausbau unserer Security-Prozesse, inklusive Monitoring, Incident Response, Automatisierung und perspektivisch auch angrenzender Themen wie ISMS-Strukturen und Intrusion Detection. Du analysierst Sicherheitsereignisse, identifizierst Bedrohungen und verbesserst unsere Sicherheitslandschaft durch klare Prozesse, technische Maßnahmen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.

Du arbeitest eng sowohl mit dem Head of IT Operations & Security sowie unseren System Administratoren zusammen und übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für IT-Security-Themen.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung moderner IT-Sicherheitslösungen (NDR/EDR),
  • Überwachung, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Security Incidents und Bedrohungen,
  • Ausbau von Security Monitoring, Detection und Automatisierung,
  • Durchführung von Security Investigations sowie Schwachstellen- und Risikomanagement,
  • Unterstützung bei Compliance-Anforderungen (NIS2, DSGVO) und dem Aufbau eines ISMS,
  • Mitwirkung an Infrastruktur-, Cloud- und Digitalisierungsprojekten aus Security-Sicht,
  • Erstellung von Sicherheitsdokumentationen, Reports und Handlungsempfehlungen,
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheit im Unternehmen.

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder IT-Studium bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Administration und der IT-Security
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Security Monitoring, Threat Detection und Incident Response
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit NDR- und EDR-Lösungen, idealerweise Darktrace und SentinelOne
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Windows-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Interesse an Security-Automatisierung und der Weiterentwicklung von Security-Prozessen
  • Selbstständige, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
