Wil jij bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige bedrijfsvoering en daarin eigenaarschap pakken? Als BCM-coördinator bij Non-Life, het schadeverzekeringsbedrijf van NN Group in Den Haag, ondersteun je de Business Lines en ben je samen met de BCM Lead de drijvende kracht achter de professionalisering van ons business continuity management (BCM). Een mooi speelveld om echt van betekenis te zijn binnen een grote, dynamische organisatie.

Wat je gaat doen

We zijn een klein centraal BCM team binnen NN Non-Life bestaande uit een BCM-lead en twee BCM-coördinatoren. In de rol van BCM-coördinator vorm je samen met de BCM Lead het hart van onze BCM-capability. Je bent inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor de Business Lines en zorgt dat continuïteit op een methodisch sterke, consistente manier wordt geborgd. Concreet houdt dat in:

  • Business Lines ondersteunen bij C-BIA, C-RA en het opstellen en onderhouden van BCP’s met een goed gedetailleerde recovery-strategie
  • Kwaliteit en consistentie van BCM-deliverables borgen via gezamenlijke kaders, templates en kwaliteitstoetsing
  • Business continuity en crisismanagement-trainingen en oefeningen voorbereiden, faciliteren en evalueren, en BCM-bewustwording in de organisatie actief uitdragen
  • Schakelen met Technology op disaster recovery van bedrijf kritische applicaties en optreden als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe audits
  • Bijdragen aan managementrapportage en governance op het gebied van continuïteit en operationele weerbaarheid, in afstemming met Group BCM op bedrijf brede thema’s zoals DORA

Wat je meebrengt

Jij beseft hoe belangrijk continuïteit is voor de veerkracht van de organisatie en weet anderen daar ook van te overtuigen, ook zonder hiërarchisch mandaat. Dit team is pas recent gecentraliseerd en er is veel werk te verzetten. Dat vraagt extra scherpte, energie en actiegerichtheid. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, voelt je thuis in een complexe omgeving en krijgt energie van het activeren van anderen. Verder breng je mee:

  • Ruime ervaring als BCM-professional, bij voorkeur opgedaan in een financiële of vergelijkbaar gereguleerde omgeving
  • Een goede technische basis, waarmee je inhoudelijk kunt meedenken over IT-disaster recovery en applicatie-afhankelijkheden
  • Aantoonbare kracht in stakeholdermanagement op verschillende niveaus, met communicatieve overtuigingskracht richting senior management en het vermogen om zelfstandig en initiatiefrijk te opereren
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en de vaardigheid om regelgeving en standaarden te vertalen naar werkbare kaders en praktische handvatten
  • Certificering zoals CBCI of CBCM is een grote pré

Je kunt rekenen op een warm welkom in ons team IT Services, onderdeel van het SDIP. Je werkt nauw samen met de BCM-coördinatoren en BCM-lead. Je schakelt dagelijks met collega’s uit de Business Lines, IT, Risk en Compliance, en je hebt aansluiting bij de bredere NN Global BCM Community. Verder hebben we specialisten in het team op het gebied van contractmanagement en business control. Het team is divers qua achtergrond, ervaring en perspectief, en plezier in het werk vinden we belangrijk.
