The posting

Hľadáme kolegu alebo kolegyňu, ktorý/á sa bude venovať každodennej IT podpore našich používateľov, správe techniky, aplikácií a používateľských prístupov.

Dôležité sú pre nás dobré technické základy, praktická skúsenosť s IT podporou a chuť ďalej sa rozvíjať. Nemusíš ovládať všetky oblasti pozície od prvého dňa. Podstatné je, že sa vieš v IT prostredí zorientovať, rád/rada hľadáš riešenia a vieš ich zrozumiteľne vysvetliť aj kolegom, ktorí nie sú IT odborníci.

Čo budeš robiť?

· Čaká ťa pestrý mix IT podpory, administrácie a práce s aplikáciami.

· Poskytovanie 1st a 2nd line IT podpory kolegom v centrále aj na pobočkách, telefonicky, na diaľku aj osobne.

· Riešenie bežných hardvérových, softvérových a sieťových problémov a servisných požiadaviek.

· Evidencia a správa IT incidentov a servisných požiadaviek v aplikácii ServiceNow vrátane kontroly ich stavu a urgovania riešenia.

· Príprava a nastavovanie notebookov, počítačov a ďalšej IT techniky, inštalácia softvéru a starostlivosť o technické vybavenie.

· Pri zložitejších problémoch hľadanie príčiny a spolupráca na riešení s internými IT tímami alebo externými dodávateľmi.

· Tvorba a priebežná aktualizácia IT dokumentácie, od používateľských manuálov až po interné technické postupy.

· Podľa skúseností a záujmu aj zapojenie do IT projektov a regionálnej spolupráce.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti:

Hľadáme človeka, ktorý už má praktickú skúsenosť s IT podporou používateľov. Nemusí ísť o roky praxe na plný úväzok, skúsenosti môžeš mať aj z brigády alebo stáže. Dôležité je, aby si už mal/a možnosť IT podporu reálne vyskúšať.

Oceníme, ak:

· orientuješ sa v hardvéri, softvéri a prostredí Windows,

· máš základné znalosti počítačových sietí a skúsenosti s riešením bežných problémov so sieťovým pripojením,

· vieš riešiť bežné technické problémy a baví ťa hľadať ich príčinu a riešenie,

· dokážeš trpezlivo a zrozumiteľne komunikovať aj s kolegami, ktorí nie sú IT odborníci,

· dokážeš si dobre organizovať prácu a riešiť viacero požiadaviek súčasne bez toho, aby si stratil/a prehľad,

· si spoľahlivý/á, zodpovedný/á a máš prirodzenú ochotu pomôcť,

· dokážeš komunikovať v angličtine,

· máš chuť učiť sa a postupne si rozširovať znalosti aj v ďalších oblastiach IT podpory, správy aplikácií, používateľských prístupov či IT bezpečnosti.

Mzda:

Pracovná pozícia je otvorená všetkým uchádzačkám a uchádzačom a to bez ohľadu na ich pohlavie. Nástupná mzda je v rozpätí od 1300€ do 1600€ v hrubom mesačne a je definovaná na základe objektívnych kritérií, ktoré zahŕňajú zložitosť, zodpovednosť, namáhavosť, pracovné podmienky, pričom sa prihliada aj na mäkké zručnosti (najmä sociálne a komunikačné schopnosti). Súčasťou odmeňovania je aj široká škála benefitov. S uchádzačom/uchádzačkou bude pred uzatvorením pracovnej zmluvy vedené informované a transparentné rokovanie o odmene, vrátane informácie o konkrétnej výške nástupnej mzdy.
