Din rolle Som kørselsplanlægger får du en hverdag, hvor du arbejder tæt sammen med både interne og eksterne samarbejdspartnere. Du bliver bindeleddet mellem planlægning, drift og chauffører og du får ansvar for at sikre en effektiv og stabil leveringsproces.

Dine opgaver

  • Planlægning af daglige ture og disponering af biler
  • Tæt dialog med chauffører
  • Booking af eksterne vognmænd
  • Opfølgning på skader og kvalitet
  • Opfølgning på NPS-undersøgelser samt performance- og kvalitetsopfølgning
  • Tæt dialog med interne kunder
  • Være med til at udvikle og digitalisere afdelingen/opgaverne

Hvem er du? Vi leder efter en kollega, der kan skabe struktur, bevare overblikket og trives i en rolle med både drift, koordinering og udvikling.

Vi leder efter dig, der har:

  • Erfaring som speditør, kørsels- eller logistikplanlægger
  • Kendskab til transportregler og overenskomster
  • Erfaring med disponering af vejtransport
  • Gode IT-kompetencer – gerne i Excel og Access
  • Evnen til at kommunikere klart på dansk og engelsk
