Du bist unser Türöffner im Markt: Du identifizierst Unternehmen, die von Energiegemeinschaften profitieren können, baust Erstkontakte auf und qualifizierst Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für unser Sales-Team.

Konkret bedeutet das:

  • Aktive Ansprache von Unternehmen und Gemeinden (Outbound ist Teil des Spiels)
  • Bedarf verstehen und Potenziale erkennen
  • Qualifizierte Termine für unsere Account Executives vorbereiten
  • CRM-Arbeit und Pipeline-Aufbau
  • Marktfeedback zurück ins Team spielen Wichtig: Das hier ist KEIN anonymes Callcenter. Bei uns sprichst Du mit wichtigen Entscheidungsträger:innen aus Industrie, Immobilienwirtschaft und Gemeinden über reale Projekte mit echtem Impact.

DEINE BENEFITS BEI NOBILE:

  • Leistungsgerechte Vergütung: Die Position ist mit 40 (oder ggf. 20) Wochenstunden ausgeschrieben. Das monatliche Bruttogehalt für 40 Wochenstunden orientiert sich am Kollektivvertrag 2026 und beträgt mindestens € 2.534,74 brutto. Es besteht – abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung – Bereitschaft zur Kollektivvertraglichen Überbezahlung.
