Nu söker vi en Enhetschef till Kronoberg som vill kombinera ett närvarande och engagerande ledarskap med affärsmässighet och operativ utveckling.

Hos oss får du en nyckelroll som ledare där du skapar förutsättningar för dina medarbetare att lyckas och tillsammans bidrar till att våra resenärer kan resa tryggt och säkert.

Ledarskap som gör skillnad

Som Enhetschef har du ett helhetsansvar för verksamhetens medarbetare, drift, kvalitet och ekonomiska resultat. Du leder med energi och engagemang, inspirerar dina medarbetare och skapar en arbetsmiljö där alla känner sig sedda, delaktiga och motiverade att tillsammans nå resultat.

Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt för att säkerställa en effektiv verksamhet med hög kvalitet och god service.

Ditt ansvar innebär bland annat att:

  • Bygga ett team där alla arbetar mot gemensamma mål och känner stolthet över sitt uppdrag
  • Personalansvar för förare, inklusive rekrytering och arbetsmiljö
  • Du skapar förutsättningar för en välplanerad och effektiv drift med rätt förare och fordon på rätt plats och i rätt tid, så att vi kan leverera trygga resor med resenären i fokus
  • Ansvara för operativa kundrelationer, reklamationshantering och uppföljning av leveranskvalitet
  • Skapa god samverkan med uppdragsgivare, fackliga parter och andra intressenter

Du rapporterar till Operativ chef för Telepass Väst och tjänsten är placerad i Alvesta.

För att lyckas i rollen

Vi söker dig som är en trygg och engagerande ledare med förmågan att skapa resultat genom medarbetare. Du är tydlig i din kommunikation, vågar fatta beslut och har samtidigt förmågan att lyssna, involvera och engagera dina medarbetare.

Vi tror att du har:

  • Flera års erfarenhet av ledarskap med personal- och resultatansvar
  • Erfarenhet av operativ verksamhet, gärna inom transport, kollektivtrafik, taxi eller logistik
  • God förståelse för ekonomisk uppföljning
  • Förmåga att omsätta analyser och verksamhetsbehov till konkreta förbättringar
  • B-körkort och god lokalkännedom i Kronoberg
