Business Controller till Umeå Som Business Controller hos Nobina får du en central roll i att säkerställa en trygg och framåtblickande ekonomistyrning inom ett eller flera av våra trafikområden. Du ansvarar för områdenas ekonomi och ser till att verksamheten följer våra centrala riktlinjer. I uppdraget ingår även att du håller ihop och driver de processerna för bokslut, budget och prognoser – och blir den som skapar tydlighet, struktur och trygghet i beslutsunderlagen.

Om rollen och dina arbetsuppgifter Du har ett övergripande ansvar för ekonomisk styrning och analys, där du utvärderar effekterna av lokala och centrala beslut för att stödja verksamheten i att fatta välgrundade beslut. I nära samarbete med organisationen bidrar du till lönsamhet, effektiv styrning och en hållbar utveckling av våra trafikområden. Som Business Controller på Nobina kommer du bland annat att:

  • Driva bokslut, budget och prognos för trafikområdena.
  • Utveckla rutiner och system för ekonomistyrning.
  • Ta fram och presentera ekonomiska analyser, rapporter och prognoser.
  • Följa upp kostnader, nyckeltal och avvikelser mellan budget och utfall samt anbud och utfall.
  • Driva affärskalkyler för investeringar, affärer och initiativ.
  • Ansvara för intäktssäkring och driva resultatförbättrande åtgärder.
  • Vara delaktig i trafikområdenas ledningsgruppsarbete.

Personliga egenskaper och kvalifikationer För att vara framgångsrik i din roll som Business Controller behöver du vara kommunikativ, analytisk och ha förmåga att förenkla komplexa analyser och presentera dem. Viktiga egenskaper för att lyckas och trivas med rollen är att du är driven, initiativrik och strukturerad.

Du har en god förmåga att samarbeta och kommunicera med olika roller inom och utanför Nobina. Då ansvarsuppgifterna spänner över en rad olika verksamheter inom organisationen förutsätter det att du är lösningsorienterad, prestigelös och en lagspelare. Verksamhetens komplexitet kräver även att du har god förmåga att prioritera det som skapar mest värde. Vidare söker vi dig som har:

  • Relevant universitetsutbildning med inriktning ekonomi
  • Minst 2-3 års tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom controlling eller liknande roller
  • Erfarenhet av redovisning och ekonomisk styrning
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel samt i rapporteringsverktyg, meriterande med erfarenhet av att jobba med Agresso eller annat större affärssystem
  • Flytande i svenska i tal och skrift är ett krav

Om tjänsten Tjänsten är på heltid med placering i Umeå. Det finns möjlighet till distansarbete när arbetet tillåter. Som Business Controller rapporterar du till Head of Business Control på huvudkontoret i Solna och ingår i ett team om cirka 12 Business Controllers placerade runt om i landet.
