Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties, denkt mee met klanten en ontdekt waar extra mogelijkheden liggen. Bovendien krijg je de vrijheid om initiatief te nemen, processen te verbeteren en deze nieuwe functie mee vorm te geven.Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Customer Care Medewerker?

  • Je belt bestaande klanten op om te horen hoe alles verloopt en waar ze eventueel nog ondersteuning kunnen gebruiken.
  • Je brengt hun behoeften in kaart en ontdekt mogelijkheden voor extra diensten of optimalisaties.
  • Je stelt offertes op en bespreekt commerciële voorstellen met klanten.
  • Je onderhoudt je klantenportefeuille en houdt contactmomenten en afspraken bij in HubSpot.
  • Je werkt samen met het interne team en volgt klantendossiers zelfstandig op.
  • Je denkt mee over een efficiëntere aanpak en krijgt de ruimte om de werking van deze nieuwe functie verder uit te bouwen.

Je krijgt de kans om een nieuwe rol op te nemen binnen een bestaande klantenwerking en mee richting te geven aan de verdere ontwikkeling ervan. Initiatief wordt aangemoedigd en je krijgt vertrouwen om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Wie zoeken we als Customer Care Medewerker?

  • Ervaring in een commerciële of klantgerichte functie is een plus, bijvoorbeeld binnen sales, recruitment of customer care.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en communiceert vlot aan de telefoon.
  • Klanten contacteren, de juiste vragen stellen en commerciële mogelijkheden herkennen geven je energie.
  • Je bent ondernemend en zelfstandig en wacht niet af om actie te ondernemen.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak en nauwkeurige administratie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je hebt een mature houding, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
