  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen verder met hun vragen
  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Je informeert klanten over het productaanbod, de prijzen en de levertermijnen
  • Je denkt mee met klanten en stelt geschikte oplossingen voor
  • Je volgt aanvragen op en speelt in op commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om klanten zo goed mogelijk te helpen
  • Je bouwt aan duurzame klantenrelaties en draagt bij aan de commerciële groei van het bedrijf

Het bedrijf ondersteunt uiteenlopende projecten met kwalitatieve en energiezuinige producten voor onder andere kantoren, industrie, scholen en openbare gebouwen. Je werkt in een toegankelijke KMO waar collega's nauw samenwerken, kennis delen en ruimte krijgen om zelf ideeën aan te brengen. Als Internal Sales herken je jezelf in volgende zaken:

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding gevolgd of beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële functie
  • Ook als schoolverlater met de juiste motivatie kom je in aanmerking
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van klantencontact
  • Je communiceert vlot en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met de klant
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om zaken correct op te volgen
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse in technische producten
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar kan ook zelfstandig aan de slag
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen
