A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Internal Sales, para integração numa empresa tecnológica com atividade nas áreas de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicações, em Aveiro.

A função estará focada no acompanhamento comercial e administrativo de oportunidades de negócio, trabalhando de forma próxima com a equipa de Account Managers e com diferentes áreas internas.

Função

Será responsável por apoiar a equipa comercial na gestão diária de clientes, propostas e oportunidades, garantindo o correto acompanhamento dos processos e a atualização da informação comercial.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a equipa comercial na gestão e acompanhamento de clientes e oportunidades de negócio;
  • Acompanhar pedidos de clientes, propostas comerciais e respetivo follow-up;
  • Preparar propostas, documentação e informação de suporte à atividade comercial;
  • Registar e atualizar informação em CRM;
  • Garantir o acompanhamento do pipeline comercial e respetivos processos;
  • Articular com equipas comerciais e técnicas para dar resposta às necessidades dos clientes;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de encomendas e restantes processos comerciais;
  • Manter contacto regular com clientes e parceiros;
  • Identificar oportunidades comerciais e apoiar os Account Managers no seu desenvolvimento;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de atividade e desempenho comercial.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Experiência profissional até 2 anos, preferencialmente em funções de Internal Sales, suporte comercial, backoffice comercial ou semelhantes;
  • Interesse pela área de IT, tecnologia e soluções de comunicação;
  • Gosto pela área comercial e pelo contacto com clientes;
  • Forte capacidade de organização e acompanhamento de tarefas;
  • Conforto com processos administrativos e comerciais;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes interlocutores;
  • Orientação para objetivos e vontade de desenvolver competências na área comercial.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experiência anterior em empresas de IT, telecomunicações ou tecnologia;
  • Experiência na utilização de CRM;
  • Contacto anterior com elaboração de propostas comerciais;
  • Experiência no acompanhamento de encomendas ou processos comerciais B2B.
