Heb jij al wat ervaring in de residentiële bouw en al in aanraking gekomen met dakwerken? Hou je ervan om werven op te volgen, technisch mee te denken en het overzicht te bewaren?Dan hebben we misschien wel een mooie uitdaging voor jou!Voor een familiaal bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in dakwerken en renovaties zoeken we een projectleider / werfleider. Je krijgt de kans om je eigen projecten op te volgen, met een mooie afwisseling tussen technische voorbereiding, bureauwerk en werfbezoeken.Wat mag je verwachten van deze job?

  • Je volgt jouw projecten op van voorbereiding tot oplevering, met een sterke focus op dakwerken en renovaties.
  • Opmetingen uitvoeren en ter plaatse bekijken wat technisch mogelijk is.
  • De planning, organisatie en voortgang van de werven opvolgen, in overleg met collega's en onderaannemers.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tijdens de werken.
  • Problemen op de werf? Jij denkt mee na over oplossingen en zorgt dat de werken verder kunnen.

Onze klantJe komt terecht bij een familiaal bouwbedrijf dat zich voornamelijk richt op dakrenovaties en totaalverbouwingen. Ze werken zowel voor particuliere klanten als aan grotere projecten voor openbare aanbestedingen.Wat mag je verwachten van de sfeer? Een open en toegankelijk team waar iedereen elkaar kent en collega's goed overeenkomen. De communicatie verloopt vlot, de deuren staan open en er is altijd ruimte voor een babbel.Ook naast het werk wordt er regelmatig iets georganiseerd. Denk aan een gezellig etentje voor het bouwverlof, een leuke teambuilding of samen lunchen met collega's. Ook partners zijn bij bepaalde activiteiten welkom!Je krijgt hier de kans om technisch bij te leren, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mee te groeien binnen een bedrijf waar samenwerking centraal staat.   • Een eerste praktische ervaring met dakwerken en renovaties is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een specifiek diploma is geen must. Praktijkervaring en technisch inzicht vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt logisch na en zoekt graag naar oplossingen.
  • Zelfstandig werken lukt goed, maar ook samenwerken met collega's vind je belangrijk.
