  • De dagelijkse onderhoudsplanning van een 30-tal servicetechniekers organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Preventieve onderhoudswerken aan brandblus- en sprinklerinstallaties efficiënt inplannen.
  • De werkvoorbereiding verzorgen zodat techniekers goed voorbereid op pad kunnen.
  • Rekening houden met de beschikbaarheid, technische vaardigheden en geografische spreiding van de techniekers.
  • Onderhoudsopdrachten prioriteren op basis van urgentie en gemaakte afspraken.
  • De minimale bezetting bewaken en zorgen voor een evenwichtige werkverdeling.
  • Snel schakelen bij onverwachte wijzigingen of dringende interventies.
  • Klanten informeren over geplande onderhoudswerken en eventuele aanpassingen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de techniekers en interne collega's om de planning vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Proactief zoeken naar oplossingen wanneer de planning moet worden aangepast.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke communicatie tussen de serviceafdeling, klanten en techniekers.
  • De planning continu optimaliseren met aandacht voor efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid.

  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen planning, bij voorkeur in een technische of servicegerichte omgeving.
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en het vermogen om verschillende planningen tegelijkertijd te beheren.
  • Efficiënt, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
  • Technische kennis of ervaring vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Interesse in brandbeveiliging en sprinklerinstallaties.
  • Een klantgerichte ingesteldheid en steeds streven naar een optimale dienstverlening.
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot kunnen overleggen met klanten, techniekers en collega's.
  • Assertief genoeg om beslissingen te nemen en duidelijk te communiceren.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel kunnen omgaan met onverwachte wijzigingen.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken en snel kunnen schakelen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen over de planning.
  • Enthousiast en positief ingesteld, met aandacht voor een aangename teamsfeer.
  • Graag samenwerken binnen een familiale onderneming met korte communicatielijnen.
