  • Je analyseert technische dossiers, zoals bestekken en bouwtechnische documenten beoordelen op kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en volledigheid
  • Digitale dossiers opvolgen waarbij je ze gaat afstemmen met aannemers, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen
  • Je identificeert technische knelpunten en formuleert concrete, uitvoerbare voorstellen
  • Technisch advies geven aan beheerders, verzekeraars en syndici, waarbij je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt bent
  • Plaatsbezoeken bij complexere dossiers inplannen, wanneer extra technische inschatting nodig is
