NOK Human Capital is seeking a motivated HR Account Manager to join its Client Relations team and manage HR operations for outsourced accounts, ensuring a smooth employee experience, accurate payroll processing, and effective client coordination.

Job Summary

The HR Account Manager will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle for outsourced accounts, including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, contract management, and offboarding. The role will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate financial processing, compliance with company policies, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, contract management, resignations, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal Personnel teams to ensure accurate employee records, contracts, and system updates.
  • Collect, verify, and forward monthly payroll variables while ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
  • Review payroll calculations with the Payroll Specialist and obtain client approval within the required timeframe.
  • Handle employee requests, grievances, and complaints in line with company policies and established SLAs.
  • Manage client account documentation, Sales Orders, financial quotations, and purchase orders (POs).
  • Coordinate travel bookings, expense quotations, and annual cost calculations for new hires and contract renewals.
  • Monitor client account status and escalate financial discrepancies or overdue payments when necessary.
  • Support social insurance refund requests and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
  • Manage employee resignations, terminations, and non-renewals while ensuring proper documentation and clearance.
  • Maintain accurate employee information and documentation on Odoo and other relevant HR systems.
  • Collaborate with Client Relations, Payroll, Personnel, Legal, Recruitment, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in HR Operations, Personnel, Employee Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Odoo, and other relevant HRIS software.
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll operations.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail and financial accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle short-notice requests.
  • High adaptability and flexibility to support changing operational requirements and occasional client visits.
