NOK Human Capital is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join its Blue Collar Recruitment Team and support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the timely sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified candidates to meet operational and client requirements.

Job Summary

The Junior Recruiter – Blue Collar Team will support the recruitment process for blue-collar positions, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and hiring follow-up. The role involves maintaining an active candidate pipeline, achieving recruitment targets, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting onboarding coordination and recruitment reporting in accordance with NOK's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Attraction: Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment groups, referrals, walk-ins, and other relevant channels. Support recruitment campaigns, open days, and job fairs.
  • Vacancy Advertising: Publish job advertisements with clear requirements, qualifications, working conditions, and application instructions.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, availability, salary expectations, and suitability for the role.
  • Shortlisting: Prepare lists of qualified candidates and share suitable profiles with the Recruitment Team Leader or hiring manager.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and assessments, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up on candidate attendance and interview feedback.
  • Candidate Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to minimize dropouts and improve joining rates.
  • Recruitment Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records, including screening results, interview statuses, offers, and joining dates.
  • Recruitment Targets: Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs, including sourcing, screening, interview attendance, offers, and successful joiners.
  • Hiring Coordination: Coordinate approved offers and follow up with selected candidates to confirm acceptance and joining dates.
  • Documentation & Onboarding: Coordinate candidate document collection and work with HR Operations or Personnel teams to facilitate onboarding and joining arrangements.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare recruitment updates, monitor KPIs, maintain candidate databases, and ensure accurate updates on recruitment systems.
  • Process Compliance: Maintain candidate confidentiality, follow NOK's recruitment procedures, and escalate sourcing challenges or potential hiring delays to the Recruitment Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in blue-collar, mass, high-volume, or high-turnover recruitment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with recruitment channels, job boards, and social media sourcing techniques.
  • Good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work toward recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
  • Willingness to participate in walk-in interviews, recruitment campaigns, and hiring events when required.
