Job Summary

NOK Courier is seeking motivated International Telesales Agents to generate new business opportunities and promote the company's courier solutions to international customers.

The role involves making outbound calls, identifying customer needs, presenting suitable services, handling objections, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-driven, and capable of communicating professionally with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective international customers.
  • Present NOK Courier's services, solutions, and key benefits clearly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable courier solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Respond to customer questions and handle objections professionally.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Negotiate effectively and support the successful closing of sales.
  • Record customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Process customer orders and ensure that all required information is properly documented.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and positive image of NOK Courier during all customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, sales, or customer service.
  • Previous experience in international telesales or international customer service is highly preferred.
  • Excellent spoken English and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good active-listening and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Target-oriented, confident, and resilient.
  • Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.

Working Conditions and Benefits

  • Work mode: On-site
  • Location: Maadi, Cairo
  • Working hours: Fixed morning shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Days off: Friday and Saturday
