B2C Sales Executive

Job Summary

NOK Courier is a fast-growing logistics and last-mile delivery company based in Egypt, providing reliable, efficient, and customer-focused courier solutions to individuals and businesses across the country.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2C Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by promoting courier and delivery services to individual customers. The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, understand customers' shipping needs, convert inquiries into long-term customers, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through phone calls, social media, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Promote NOK Courier's delivery and shipping services to individual customers.
  • Understand customers' shipping requirements and recommend the most suitable courier solutions.
  • Manage the complete B2C sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, handle objections professionally, and provide accurate service information.
  • Build strong customer relationships to support customer retention and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Perform additional sales-related responsibilities as required.

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in B2C sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in logistics, courier services, or e-commerce is considered an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to persuade customers and close deals.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and build customer trust.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
