In der Funktion als Head of ERP Operations (m/w/d) in Leipzig übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für alle Business-Applikationen bei NOKERA. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Plattform sicher, treibst Optimierungen voran und begleitest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst das ERP-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft sowie aller Business-Applikationen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Management.
  • Du planst und koordinierst Ressourcen für laufende Projekte und neue Vorhaben und behältst dabei Prioritäten, Budgets und Termine im Blick.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations sowie angebundener Systeme.
  • Du steuerst das Release-, Feature- und Demand-Management und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Anwendungen stets optimal auf die Anforderungen des Unternehmens abgestimmt sind.
  • Du verantwortest das Lifecycle-Management der ERP-Plattform, einschließlich Umgebungsverwaltung, Datenbanksicherung, Wartung und technischer Optimierung.
  • Du koordinierst DevOps-Prozesse von der Sprintplanung über Tests bis hin zu Deployments und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Systemlandschaft.
  • Du steuerst den Support über alle Ebenen hinweg, koordinierst interne und externe Ansprechpartner und begleitest Rollouts an den Standorten in Deutschland und der Schweiz.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Prozess-, System- und Anwenderdokumentationen und bringst Dein Know-how bei technischen Anpassungen sowie im Microsoft-Technologieumfeld aktiv ein.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Implementierung und Betrieb von Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O mit
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Finance- & SCM-Modulen
  • Du konntest idealerweise in der Vergangenhein bereits Erfahrung mit LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform und Power BI sammeln
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
  • Du zeigst eine hohe Eigeninitiative, Self-Leadership und Hands-on-Mentalität und legst ein ruhiges, zielorientiertes und lösungsfokussiertes Auftreten an den Tag
  • Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen in Deutschland und der Schweiz mit
