Experis IT Luxembourg recherche actuellement un Business Analyst (h/f) pour l'un de ses clients dans le domaine de l'Assurance. Vos responsabilitésVos responsabilités seront les suivant/antes :Participer à la transformation et à l'optimisation des processus métiers.Identifier les besoins métiers, proposer des solutions adaptées et assurer leur traduction en exigences fonctionnelles.Piloter les différentes étapes des projets : cadrage, conception, développement, recette et mise en production.Collaborer avec les équipes IT et les partenaires externes afin de garantir le bon déroulement des développements et intégrations.Concevoir et réaliser les tests fonctionnels, assurer le suivi des écarts et participer à leur résolution.Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des déploiements et assurer le support fonctionnel.Produire la documentation nécessaire et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des solutions.Intervenir ponctuellement sur des sujets liés à la donnée, aux APIs, à l'automatisation et à l'IA documentaire. Votre profiExpériences en tant Business Analyst, idéalement dans les secteurs de la finance ou de l'assurance.Experience sur le logiciels Solife ou connaissances solides sur logiciel similaire.Bonne compréhension des processus métiers et des environnements applicatifs.Solides connaissances en SQL.Expérience en Scripting (Python).Compréhension des APIs, interfaces et flux de données.Connaissances des produits d'assurance et/ou des environnements financier (AML/KYC) constitue un réel avantage.Une expérience sur des solutions d'IA documentaire est appréciée.Français et anglais requis. Dans le cadre de ce poste et conformément à la législation en vigueur, le candidat retenu pourra être amené à fournir un extrait de récent.
