Description du poste

En tant que Business Analyst, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’analyse des besoins métiers et l’optimisation des processus. Vous serez l’intermédiaire entre les équipes métiers et techniques pour garantir la réussite des projets de transformation digitale.

Vos missions :

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et les user stories
  • Concevoir des processus (UML, BPMN) et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Participer au pilotage de projet (Agile ou Cycle en V)
  • Contribuer à la phase de tests et à l’accompagnement du changement
  • Liste non exhaustive

Les compétences requises :

  • Connaissance des processus métiers, ERP/CRM et du secteur bancaire (notamment les plateformes de paiements : SWIFT, SEPA, etc)
  • Maîtrise des outils de modélisation comme : UML, BPMN, etc
  • Connaissance des outils spécialisés comme : Kyriba, Cashpooler, Power BI, Tableau
  • Bonne maîtrise de SQL et Excel (niveau avancé) pour l’analyse de données
  • Expérience en gestion de projet : Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Prince2, ITIL
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, sens du relationnel et esprit de synthèse
  • Liste non exhaustive

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 en informatique, gestion, finance ou école d’ingénieur/commerce
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement en banque, finance, retail ou IT
  • Connaissance des domaines Cash Management et Asset Management

Vos qualités personnelles :

  • Esprit analytique et rigueur.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à vulgariser des concepts complexes.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe avec des profils multidisciplinaires.
  • Et en complément : l’anglais est un plus dans un contexte de développement international.
