Notre client offre un environnement professionnel exigeant où les compétences et l'engagement sont valorisés. Missions - Superviser et organiser les chantiers afin d'assurer leur bon déroulement - Encadrer les conducteurs de travaux et les métreurs - Préparer et contrôler les contrats, établir des offres commerciales - Définir et appliquer des méthodologies de travail optimales - Organiser et suivre la facturation de certains chantiers - Garantir la conformité et la bonne utilisation du matériel de chantier - Conduire les réunions internes (contrôle de coûts, préparation, avancement) - Communiquer avec les services internes et les partenaires externes - Représenter l'entreprise auprès des autorités et des clients - Former et accompagner les dynamiques conducteurs de travaux - Faire respecter les règles de sécurité, de et d'environnement sur les chantiers PROFIL Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté : - Diplôme Bac +4 en construction ou équivalent - Expérience confirmée d'au moins ans dans une fonction de conducteur de travaux ou similaire - Titulaire du brevet Q - Compétences managériales avérées et expérience de la gestion d'équipes - Expertise technique en bâtiment et/ou en génie civil - Forte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes - Aisance relationnelle et sens de la communication - Capacité à établir et vérifier des notes de calculs - Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et organisation
