Nous recrutons, pour notre agence travaux proche de SAINTES, un :

Conducteur de travaux principal (H/F) en CDI

Rattaché au responsable d’établissement, vos missions principales sont d’assurer la gestion commerciale de l’activité, organiser la répartition des chantiers aux équipes et aux conducteurs, et assurer le suivi financier.

A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

Pilotage & performance

  • Suivre et atteindre les objectifs définis avec le responsable d’établissement
  • Garantir la rentabilité de l’activité et le respect des budgets
  • Assurer le suivi financier des opérations

Organisation des chantiers

  • Planifier et répartir les chantiers entre les conducteurs de travaux
  • Suivre les travaux
  • Piloter l’avancement des opérations (délais, coûts, qualité)
  • Optimiser les solutions techniques et l’organisation

Management des équipes

  • Encadrer et accompagner les conducteurs de travaux
  • Gestion et planification des équipes travaux avec les conducteurs de travaux
  • Participer au recrutement, à la formation et au développement des équipes
  • Fédérer les équipes autour des objectifs

Développement & relation client

  • Contribuer au développement commercial de l’agence
  • Entretenir la relation client et garantir leur satisfaction

Sécurité & conformité

  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et des normes environnementales
  • Garantir la qualité des ouvrages livrés

De formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 (Bâtiment ou Génie Civil) ou équivalent, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience professionnelle confirmée d’au moins 10 ans sur un poste équivalent dans les métiers de la couverture, de l’étanchéité ou du bardage.

Autonomie, adaptabilité et rigueur sont des atouts clés pour réussir dans vos missions. Vous aimez manager des équipes et avez à cœur de les développer.

Fourchette salariale proposée de 40K à 45K annuel brut (selon profil) et avantages liés au poste (véhicule…).
