Posisi ini cocok untuk kandidat yang memiliki pengalaman teknis dalam perawatan, pemeriksaan, diagnosa, dan perbaikan kendaraan listrik roda empat, serta memiliki pemahaman yang baik terhadap sistem kelistrikan kendaraan, baterai, motor listrik, dan komponen pendukung electric vehicle.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Melakukan pemeriksaan, diagnosa, perawatan, dan perbaikan mobil listrik.
  • Melakukan troubleshooting pada sistem kendaraan listrik roda empat, termasuk battery system, motor listrik, inverter, controller, wiring, charger, dan sistem pendukung lainnya.
  • Menangani preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance sesuai standar kerja.
  • Membaca dan memahami wiring diagram, diagnostic report, service manual, atau technical documentation kendaraan listrik.
  • Menggunakan diagnostic tools, mechanical tools, dan electrical tools secara aman dan tepat.
  • Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu.
  • Mengidentifikasi potensi kerusakan atau risiko teknis pada kendaraan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
  • Membuat laporan terkait hasil pemeriksaan, perbaikan, dan kondisi kendaraan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim workshop, operasional, atau teknisi lain dalam proses perbaikan dan maintenance kendaraan.

Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai mekanik/teknisi mobil listrik, teknisi otomotif roda empat, teknisi kendaraan hybrid, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memahami sistem kelistrikan otomotif, khususnya kendaraan roda empat.
  • Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting terhadap battery system, motor listrik, inverter/controller, wiring, charger, dan sistem pendukung EV.
  • Mampu menggunakan diagnostic tools dan electrical/mechanical tools.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai prosedur keselamatan kerja, terutama saat menangani sistem kelistrikan kendaraan.
  • Teliti, analitis, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara hands-on.
  • Lulusan SMK/Diploma bidang Otomotif, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Mekatronika, atau bidang relevan menjadi nilai tambah.

Nilai Tambah

  • Memiliki pengalaman menangani electric car, hybrid vehicle, fleet kendaraan listrik, atau kendaraan roda empat berbasis baterai.
  • Memahami battery management system, inverter, high voltage system, charging system, dan diagnostic process.
  • Pernah bekerja di workshop EV, dealer mobil, fleet operation, service center, atau perusahaan otomotif/mobility.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi teknis otomotif, kelistrikan, atau high voltage safety menjadi nilai tambah.
