Noraa & Co. sedang membantu salah satu klien kami untuk mencari kandidat profesional untuk posisi EV Mechanic / Teknisi Motor Listrik.

Posisi ini cocok untuk kandidat yang memiliki pengalaman teknis dalam perawatan, pemeriksaan, diagnosa, dan perbaikan kendaraan listrik roda dua, serta memiliki ketertarikan untuk berkembang di industri electric vehicle yang sedang bertumbuh di Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Melakukan pemeriksaan, perawatan, dan perbaikan motor listrik.
  • Melakukan troubleshooting pada sistem kelistrikan motor listrik, termasuk baterai, controller, motor listrik, wiring, charger, dan komponen pendukung lainnya.
  • Menangani preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance sesuai standar kerja.
  • Membaca dan memahami wiring diagram, service manual, atau panduan teknis kendaraan listrik roda dua.
  • Menggunakan tools mekanik dan electrical tools secara aman dan tepat.
  • Memastikan pekerjaan perbaikan dilakukan sesuai standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu.
  • Membuat laporan sederhana terkait hasil pemeriksaan, perbaikan, dan kondisi kendaraan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim workshop, operasional, atau teknisi lain dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan.

Kualifikasi

  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai mekanik/teknisi motor listrik, sepeda motor, otomotif roda dua, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memahami dasar sistem kelistrikan otomotif, khususnya pada kendaraan roda dua.
  • Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting terhadap baterai, controller, wiring, motor listrik, dan charging system.
  • Mampu menggunakan alat kerja mekanik dan electrical tools.
  • Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mengutamakan keselamatan kerja.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara hands-on di area workshop/lapangan sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Lulusan SMK/Diploma bidang Otomotif, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, Mekatronika, atau bidang relevan menjadi nilai tambah.

Nilai Tambah

  • Memiliki pengalaman menangani electric motorcycle, e-bike, fleet motor listrik, atau kendaraan roda dua berbasis baterai.
  • Memahami basic battery management system, charger, controller, dan motor hub/mid-drive.
  • Pernah bekerja di workshop EV, dealer motor, fleet operation, service center, atau perusahaan mobility/logistics.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi teknis otomotif atau kelistrikan.
