Œuvrant dans le domaine du génie civil, Norda Stelo est présentement à la recherche d’un arpenteur ou d'une arpenteuse en surveillance sur le projet du réaménagement de l'autoroute Bonaventure en promenade urbaine.

Principaux défis

  • Réaliser différents levés d’arpentage de construction afin de valider en temps réel la conformité aux plans et devis des divers ouvrages réalisés par l’entrepreneur;
  • Effectuer des levés servant aux calculs de pentes, de volumes et de superficies;
  • Préparer des fichiers de travail en vue des vérifications à effectuer au chantier en fonction des plans de construction;
  • Effectuer du traitement issu des données de levés;
  • Effectuer des analyses de comparaison du positionnement des ouvrages réalisés par l’entrepreneur et présenter les résultats pour analyse aux responsables de chantier;
  • Procéder à des levés de détails d’ouvrages pouvant servir à la réalisation des plans Tel que construit (TQC) ou d’autres plans;
  • S'assurer que tous les intervenants ont les informations nécessaires à l'avancement des projets et assister aux réunions spécifiques à l’arpentage de chantier.

Nos incontournables

  • Idéalement détenteur d’un diplôme d’études collégiales sinon DEP, AEC ou Certificat;
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans l’arpentage relatif aux domaines des ponts et ouvrages d’art et de la chaussée;
  • Maîtrise des outils d’arpentage (station totale robotisée, GPS) permettant de travailler en temps réel;
  • Carte ASP Construction et permis de conduire valide;
  • Connaissance AutoCAD Civil 3D ou Trimble Business Center, un atout;
  • Connaissance du logiciel de modélisation InRoads ou ORD, un atout.
