Tu es reconnu(e) pour ta rigueur, ton sens de l’organisation et ta capacité à jongler avec plusieurs priorités ? Ce poste est pour toi.

En tant qu’Agent(e) de support aux ventes, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la performance des activités commerciales en assurant un soutien administratif, logistique et opérationnel à l’équipe de vente. Tu contribueras directement à la qualité des offres, à la conformité des processus et à l’efficacité globale de l’équipe.

Notre expertise est diversifiée, et vous?

  • Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des données dans le CRM
  • Produire, consolider et mettre en forme des rapports et suivis financiers
  • Organiser la logistique des rencontres, événements et conférences
  • Soutenir la préparation des offres de service (mise en page, traduction, visuels)
  • Préparer les documents administratifs requis pour les appels d’offres
  • Participer au contrôle qualité des propositions (contenu, conformité, présentation)
  • Gérer le classement et l’archivage des documents selon les normes en vigueur (ISO)
  • Prendre en charge diverses tâches administratives (bons de commande, paiements, voyages, etc.)
  • Contribuer à des activités opérationnelles transversales (support corporatif, gestion interne, etc.)

Nos incontournables

  • DEC en administration, bureautique ou domaine connexe
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle administratif, idéalement en support aux ventes
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit)
  • Aisance avec la suite Office et les outils CRM / ERP
  • Très bonnes compétences en mise en page et présentation de documents
